Legal Lead HQ is operated by True Blue Performance, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Legal Lead HQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Legal Lead HQ.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization (such as a law firm), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to “you” in these Terms will refer to both you as an individual and the organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
  • If representing a law firm or business, you have the authority to bind that entity

3. Description of Services

Legal Lead HQ provides lead generation and client matching services for law firms and attorneys. Our Services include:

3.1 For Law Firms and Attorneys

  • **Exclusive Legal Leads:** Pre-qualified, exclusive leads delivered in real-time
  • **Direct Inbound Calls:** Qualified prospects calling your office directly
  • **Warm Transfers:** Live phone transfers to your office
  • **Data Posted Leads:** Comprehensive lead information delivered to your systems
  • **Signed Retainer Packets:** Clients with executed representation agreements

3.2 For Individuals Seeking Legal Help

  • Matching services to connect you with qualified attorneys
  • Information about legal services and representation options

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password confidential and secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Legal Lead HQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5. Services for Law Firms and Attorneys

5.1 Lead Purchase and Exclusivity

  • **Exclusive Leads:** Each lead is sold to only one law firm. You will not compete with other attorneys for the same lead.
  • **Lead Delivery:** Leads are delivered in real-time via your chosen method (phone, email, CRM integration, or portal access).
  • **Lead Quality:** We pre-screen and qualify all leads according to our stated criteria.
  • **No Guarantee of Retention:** While we provide qualified leads, we cannot guarantee that any lead will retain your services or result in a signed agreement.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • **Pricing:** Lead prices vary by practice area and service type. Current pricing will be provided upon request or displayed in your account.
  • **Billing:** You will be billed according to the payment terms agreed upon (per-lead, monthly subscription, or other arrangement).
  • **Payment Methods:** We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as agreed.
  • **Late Payments:** Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees.
  • **Refunds:** Refund policies are outlined in Section 5.4 below.

5.3 Lead Quality Standards

We strive to provide high-quality leads that meet our stated qualification criteria. However:

  • We do not guarantee that every lead will meet your specific expectations
  • We do not guarantee that leads will result in client retention or case success
  • Lead quality may vary based on market conditions and other factors beyond our control

5.4 Lead Replacement and Refund Policy

  • **Defective Leads:** If a lead does not meet our stated qualification standards (e.g., wrong contact information, does not meet case criteria, duplicate lead), we will provide a replacement lead or credit.
  • **Refund Requests:** Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery with specific reasons why the lead did not meet standards.
  • **Non-Refundable Situations:** We do not provide refunds for leads where:
    • The prospect was qualified but decided not to retain counsel
    • The prospect chose a different attorney
    • The case does not meet your firm’s specific internal criteria beyond our stated qualifications
    • You were unable to contact the prospect
    • The prospect did not answer your calls or respond to your messages

5.5 Attorney Responsibilities and Compliance

By using our Services, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • You are a licensed attorney in good standing in your jurisdiction
  • You will comply with all applicable attorney advertising rules and regulations
  • You will comply with all attorney ethics rules and professional conduct standards
  • You will not engage in unauthorized practice of law
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether to accept a case
  • You will conduct your own due diligence on all leads
  • You will maintain appropriate malpractice insurance
  • You will handle all client information in accordance with applicable confidentiality rules

5.6 No Attorney-Client Relationship

Legal Lead HQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. No attorney-client relationship exists between Legal Lead HQ and any individual whose information is provided as a lead. The attorney-client relationship is solely between you and the individual who retains your services.

6. Services for Individuals Seeking Legal Help

6.1 No Legal Advice

Legal Lead HQ does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services. We are a marketing and lead generation company that connects individuals with attorneys.

6.2 Attorney Matching

  • When you submit your information, we will match you with a qualified attorney or law firm
  • Your information will be shared exclusively with one law firm
  • The attorney or law firm may contact you to discuss your case
  • You are under no obligation to retain the services of any attorney who contacts you
  • You should conduct your own due diligence before retaining any attorney

6.3 No Guarantee of Representation

We do not guarantee that:

  • Any attorney will accept your case
  • You will receive legal representation
  • Your case will be successful
  • You will receive any specific outcome or compensation

6.4 Your Consent to Contact

By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by a law firm via phone, email, text message, or other means. You understand that the law firm may use automated dialing technology to contact you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

7.1 Prohibited Actions

  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Interfering with or disrupting our Services or servers
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
  • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without permission
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our Services
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
  • Collecting or harvesting user information without consent
  • Using our Services for any commercial purpose not authorized by these Terms

7.2 Lead Restrictions for Law Firms

As a law firm using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute leads to other law firms or third parties
  • Share lead information with competitors
  • Use leads for purposes other than client representation
  • Contact leads using methods prohibited by law (e.g., Do Not Call violations)
  • Make false or misleading statements when contacting leads
  • Violate any attorney advertising or ethics rules when contacting leads

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design) are owned by Legal Lead HQ or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without written permission
  • Frame or mirror any content from our Services

8.2 User Content

By submitting content to our Services (such as testimonials, reviews, or feedback), you grant Legal Lead HQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for business purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to any content you submit
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain defamatory, illegal, or harmful material

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service “As Is”

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • Our Services are free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results from using our Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any leads will result in client retention or case success

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Lead quality, conversion rates, or case outcomes
  • Return on investment (ROI) from leads
  • Revenue or income generated from leads
  • Compatibility with your specific business needs

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGAL LEAD HQ, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Business interruption

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10.4 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legal Lead HQ, True Blue Performance, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any disputes between you and clients or leads
  • Any malpractice, negligence, or professional misconduct claims related to your legal services

12. Term and Termination

12.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services.

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Contacting us at info@legalleadhq.com
  • Following the account cancellation process in your account settings

12.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Conduct that harms our business, reputation, or users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

12.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use our Services immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred before termination
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

**PLEASE READ THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH LEGAL LEAD HQ AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US.**

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

**Arbitration Rules:** Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, if applicable, the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules.

**Location:** Arbitration will take place in Nashville, Tennessee, or another mutually agreed location.

**Costs:** Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless the arbitrator awards costs and fees to the prevailing party.

**Class Action Waiver:** YOU AND LEGAL LEAD HQ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.3 Opt-Out of Arbitration

You have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Legal Lead HQ within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

13.4 Jurisdiction and Venue

If you opt out of arbitration or if arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written agreements between you and Legal Lead HQ, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legal Lead HQ regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the “Last Updated” date
  • Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Legal Lead HQ.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights under these Terms without restriction.

14.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated herein.

14.7 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet service failures.

14.8 Notices

All notices to Legal Lead HQ must be sent to:

14.9 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version controls.
